The
criteria for your 30% rating in the Association is as
follows:
10% =
Sportsmanship –
Complete and return by deadline TBA.
If you do not officiate at a
particular level, sign and return and indicate “Did Not
Work.”
10% -
Scrimmages – members
must work a scrimmage for a NCPHS.
You must document your
attendance by submitting a card/letter indicating
date/time/location/teams.
Card/letter
signed by both coaches must be mailed to the Secretary
within two weeks of the scrimmage.
10% - Dues paid
on time – due on or
before March 1st.
Dues paid after date will be
accessed $10 before April 1.
After date but before May 1
- $20 is due.
If dues are not
received prior to May 1, the individual is dropped from
the association.
Total
points = 30%
Failed
exam -
member is dropped from the association until she/he
successfully completes the officials clinic the
following year. Members who were on probation must pay
for the clinic, those members who were not on probation
will attend the clinic at no charge.
No
Interpretation meeting -
member is dropped from the association
until she/he successfully completes the officials clinic
the following year. Members who were on probation must
pay for the clinic, those members who were not on
probation will attend the clinic at no charge.
Insufficient meetings -
member is dropped from the association
until she/he successfully completes the officials clinic
the following year. All individuals must pay for the
clinic.
30% is
added to your overall rating with BOCES. This
determines your position on the V, JV, and JH list of
officials and is a determining factor on when and how
you move up or down as an upper or lower level official.
