30% Association Rating

The criteria for your 30% rating in the Association is as follows:

10% = Sportsmanship – Complete and return by deadline TBA.  If you do not officiate at a particular level, sign and return and indicate “Did Not Work.”

10% - Scrimmages – members must work a scrimmage for a NCPHS.  You must document your attendance by submitting a card/letter indicating date/time/location/teams.  Card/letter signed by both coaches must be mailed to the Secretary within two weeks of the scrimmage.

10% - Dues paid on time – due on or before March 1st.  Dues paid after date will be accessed $10 before April 1.  After date but before May 1 - $20 is due.  If dues are not received prior to May 1, the individual is dropped from the association.

Total points = 30%

Failed exam - member is dropped from the association until she/he successfully completes the officials clinic the following year. Members who were on probation must pay for the clinic, those members who were not on probation will attend the clinic at no charge.

No Interpretation meeting - member is dropped from the association until she/he successfully completes the officials clinic the following year. Members who were on probation must pay for the clinic, those members who were not on probation will attend the clinic at no charge.

Insufficient meetings - member is dropped from the association until she/he successfully completes the officials clinic the following year. All individuals must pay for the clinic.

30% is added to your overall rating with BOCES.  This determines your position on the V, JV, and JH list of officials and is a determining factor on when and how you move up or down as an upper or lower level official.
